Gain weight the effective and healthy way.

Gain Weight

There are thousands of pages on the Internet discussing ways to lose weight, but what about gaining weight? If you are a
person with a skinny body you may have noticed that gaining weight is not an easy job at all. I'd go as far as to saying that
losing weight is easier for overweight people than it is for skinny people to gain weight. You are most likely a ectomorph, which is someone with a small body build. Thin, and with a very fast metabolism. You have to work extra hard to gain weight because your body burns fat so quickly. Of course there are some health advantages to having such a body type, but if you want to look bigger and stronger it's a negative thing. One of the most important things about gaining weight is
eating a lot, and of course healthy. You may want to check how many calories you eat every day. Health experts recommend that women get at least 2000 calories per day, and men 2500. If you find out that you are eating less than what is recommended, then start by eating a bit more - like 200 calories a day. Increase this to up to 600 after a few weeks and you should already see a difference in your weight. The next important thing is to train your muscles and stimulate growth. Eggs, meat and bread are all crucial sources for your muscles - they make sure that muscles grow and recover from an intensive work out. If you prefer training with other people then look into getting a gym membership. You can also work out at home but you'll need to buy some fitness equipment. Make sure you train your entire body for the best results!

Results and more
Keep track of your results by weighing yourself every day. You will not see results instantly, but in perhaps 2 weeks you should see a difference. It's also a nice way to motivate yourself and be more disciplined. Discipline is definitely imperative
if you want to seriously gain weight - no doubt about it at all. Increase your calorie intake if you stop seeing results - this
means you hit a wall that needs to be broken through to start gaining more weight. Sleep enough. 7 to 8 hours a day is
strongly recommended by health professionals. Your body NEEDS to recover, and your muscles need to relax. Also drink
enough as water ensures your body functions smoothly. Without these 2 things you will not see any obvious results at all.
